  • Tickets go on sale before and after the service starting March 30th. We ask for $10 to help us cover expenses
  • Raffle tickets will also be sold then. Prize is 1/2 the pot! The drawing will be during the service that day. You need not be present to win
  • All information about donations should be submitted by March 30th
  • We will email the catalog during the week of April 6th
  • If you can’t attend the auction in person, you can absentee bid. Let us know what you want and how much you’ll bid at mvuufauction@gmail.com
  • A light lunch will be served – heavy appetizers and sweets
  • You can bid before or after the service. Bidding will close by 1 pm or an hour after the service ends
  • We will tally the results in the following few days and email you info about your winnings
  • You can pay online or at church the following Sunday when you pick up your items

Bidding Tips
  • All bidding is done by the number we give you on auction day when you have paid admission
  • Most dinners and many other items are sold per person. If you and your partner share 1 bid number then you will have to put that number down in 2 columns on the bid sheet
  • Other items may be sold as a Sign-Up Price. That means everyone pays the same. You still need to put your number down twice if both of you want to attend
