The Service Auction is this Sunday, April 12, starting immediately after the service ends.

  • Price: $10 admission to get a bid number. Couples and families will only need 1 bid number unless you pay separately . If you pre-paid for your admission, your bid number will be available at the door. You can also purchase admission at the door
  • Split the Pot Raffle: You can buy raffle tickets until 10:25 Sunday morning. If you win, we’ll split the raffle earnings with you 50/50. (Not bad for a $2 raffle ticket!) The drawing will be during the service. You need not be present to win.
  • If you cannot attend, ask us or a friend to bid for you! Please email your highest bids for each numbered item you would like by Friday, March 10 to: mvuufauction@gmail.com. We will start bidding for you at the lowest price available and stop at your max. We will add the $10 bid fee to your sales total.
  • Donors: please check to see that we have listed your donations (and Help Wanted) correctly. Let us know ASAP if there are changes or corrections at mvuufauction@gmail.com. Also please bring your (non-food) items this Sunday
  • Bidding starts at the end of the service. It continues for only 1 hour so get your bids in early and keep checking to make sure your bid is the highest!
  • Food: There will be the usual hospitality goodies, plus lunch items – meatballs, spring rolls, small sandwiches etc. We ask for your donation to help with expenses. To cut down on clean up, we are using all compostables. We hope that you will fill your plate and carry it while bidding on items. Please help with clean-up.
  • Winning Bids and Auction Purchases: There will be no distribution of tickets, food, or goods on Sunday, 4-12. Bids will be tallied throughout the week and you will be notified by email of your winning bids and the amount you owe. On Sunday, April 19, please come with cash or check to pay for and pick up your items. You can also pay directly through the MVUUF website or with the QR Code which we’ll have available. Scroll down to Payment for Items, Events or Services to pay for the auction.
  • We understand that you may not want to purchase anything and we respect that. We also accept any cash donations you feel comfortable giving.

Come: Please plan to come this Sunday for great items to bid on and yummy munchies – and remember that all proceeds help fund our MVUUF budget.
