February, Causes of Wage Inequality in US, Fatih Guveen, Curtis L Carlson chair in Economics at the University of Minnesota
Fatih will speak on the topic of Wage Inequality in America. Fatih is well qualified to speak on this topic because he and his colleagues, using the millions of employer – employee matched records, have examined factors that contribute to wage inequality over a 60-year period. This research was path breaking in that it used newly available actual records as opposed to surveys of employees and employers.
