Join us for a mid-week reset. The weekly theme changes including any of the following:

  • meditation, silent or guided
  • drumming
  • sound bath or music meditation (chanting, bells etc)
  • gentle yoga (maybe in chair)
  • short writing exercise
  • meditative craft
  • prayer
