Timeline for the evening:

5:00-6:15 pm: Munch on potluck appetizers and desserts while bidding on over 125 items.  Keep checking on your bids in case someone outbid you!

6:15 pm: Bidding closes for Goods, Arts & Crafts and Food & Drink

6:30 pm Bidding closes for Entertainment, Tours & Getaways and Help Wanted

6:45 pm: Bidding closes for Dining and Services.  The auction is over – time to clean up!

6:45 pm: Clean-up – everyone helps.  Most dinnerware is compostable, so discard in the appropriate container.  Take your leftovers out to your car.  Help put away chairs and tables, both upstairs and down.  Get things back to normal for Sunday morning.  If everyone helps this will be done quickly.

7:15 pm: Move to the Sanctuary

7:30 pm:  Raffle Prize drawing followed by Sonja Johnston’s original play.

8:15 pm: Checkout PLEASE PLAN TO PAY TONIGHT – CASH AND CHECKS PREFERRED.  Payment by credit card available but keep in mind that it costs us money.  After you have paid stop in the Fireside Room to pick up any tickets/goods, etc.
