Wednesdays at 5:00 (downstairs) and Saturdays at 9:00 (upstairs).
Class is 50 minutes of gentle stretching, poses, etc. Our goal is to maintain flexibility, strength, and balance. Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers as temperatures vary. Will keep cost the same at $3 per class or $40 for all 15 classes. Pay when you can. If you forget your mat, no worries, we keep extras downstairs.
